Anupama 11th July 2023 Written Update
The doctor informs Anuj that he administered a hypnotic injection to Little Anu (CA) to put her to sleep. However, they cannot continue this way and need to help her recover from the shock soon. Pakhi suggests that Anuj should call Anupama for assistance, but Anuj doesn’t want to be a hindrance in her journey. Pakhi mentions that Anupama’s flight is in 7 hours, and Gurumaa believes that these 7 hours are crucial. Meanwhile, Anupama reflects on the significance of the seven vows and seven pheras in a marriage, realizing that she will separate from Anuj within 7 hours. Little Anu cries out for her mother in her sleep.
Anupama arrives home, and Kanta reveals that she has packed all of Anupama’s belongings after contemplating it thoroughly. Bhavesh jokingly compares the situation to a middle-class family preparing for a train journey. Kanta suggests that Anupama should leave behind any excess baggage, both literally and metaphorically. Anupama informs them that Bhairavi is at the Gurukul and intends to meet them directly at the airport with Nakul and Gurumaa. She excuses herself to freshen up, while Kanta receives a serious phone call.
Anuj is devastated upon seeing Little Anu’s condition and wonders how he can witness his daughter in such a state. He looks at his mobile and leaves the room, catching Ankush’s attention. Anupama gets ready and asks Kanta to serve her tea before she leaves, as there are only 3 hours remaining. Leela and the others arrive to bid her a joyful farewell. Anupama mentions having a video call with Hasmukh and Samar. They express how much they will miss her and engage in light-hearted banter. Leela insists that Anupama savor her tea and provide feedback. Anupama describes it as the best tea and acknowledges that she won’t be able to have tea prepared by Leela in the USA. She gazes at her mobile, eagerly awaiting Anuj’s call.
Anuj breaks down as he is unable to handle Little Anu’s condition. Ankush tries to console him, but Anuj states that no medication seems to work for her. He expresses his helplessness and fears the worst if something happens to Little Anu. Overwhelmed, Anuj suffers an anxiety attack and starts breaking things. Ankush and Adhik attempt to calm him down, suggesting that they inform Anupama about Little Anu’s condition. However, Anuj refuses, not wanting to become an obstacle in Anupama’s success. Ankush questions who will take care of Little Anu in that case, to which Anuj replies that he will manage while ensuring Anupama achieves her goals. Meanwhile, Anupama performs a pooja (ritualistic prayer) with her family and sings an aarti (devotional song). She expresses concern for Little Anu.
The doctor continues to treat Little Anu while Barkha tells Pakhi to go and see Anupama off, as they are present to take care of Little Anu. Anuj earnestly requests Pakhi not to inform Anupama about Little Anu’s condition under any circumstances. Worried, Ankush fears that Pakhi won’t be able to control her emotions in front of Anupama. During the pooja, Anupama prays for each family member individually, and Little Anu continues to cry out for her mother. Anuj assures her that he is with her. Anupama also prays for Anuj’s well-being and emotional strength. As Anupama’s sari pallu gets caught on a nail and her purse falls, she glances at a photo of her and Anuj, recalling Little Anu’s plea to never leave her alone like Maaya and Anuj’s request to never stop.
In the precap, Pakhi tearfully embraces Anupama, who asks about Little Anu’s condition. Pakhi responds positively, but as Little Anu runs towards Anupama, she stumbles and falls. Anupama senses something is wrong.
