Teri Meri Dooriyan 4th July Written Update
Sahiba is trying to tell Akaal and Angad that she didn’t file the complaint against him. Akaal wants Angad to take Sahiba away from him, so Angad drags her out, not wanting her to trouble Akaal anymore. Outside, they are surrounded by media reporters and NGO ladies who start asking them questions.
Sahiba defends Angad while their lawyer advises them not to talk to the reporters because they might spread gossip. The NGO ladies notice Angad holding Sahiba’s hand tightly, and they comment on it. Angad and Sahiba hold hands even tighter as they make their way to the car.
Suddenly, someone throws a stone at Angad, but Sahiba quickly shields him with her hand, shocking him. When they reach home, the police arrive and tell Sahiba that they will keep a constable there for her safety. Manveer insults Sahiba, saying she has brought shame to the whole family.
Inside the house, they watch the news, which is talking about how the Brar family has been torturing Sahiba. Sahiba cries, insisting that she never complained about Akaal or went to the police station. Japjyot suggests that their rivals must have paid Sahiba to defame Akaal.
Angad shows Sahiba the evidence against her, accusing her of thinking they are fools. In his anger, Angad throws the TV remote, making Sahiba flinch. He feels upset because he couldn’t get bail for Akaal.
There is talk of Angad and Sahiba divorcing. Seerat gives Angad a glass of water, while the rest of the family accuses Sahiba of being a hypocrite. Inder takes Japjyot outside, and Sahiba tries to approach her, but Japjyot tells her to stay away.
Seerat comforts Sahiba as Japjyot asks about Akaal. Angad kneels in front of Japjyot and apologizes for not being able to bring Akaal home. Sahiba declares that she will give a statement to the media and bring back Akaal, but Inder stops her.
Inder tells Sahiba not to do anything except sign the divorce papers for herself and Angad. Sahiba looks at Angad and asks if he agrees, to which he coldly responds that there’s nothing to talk about. He says she wants her freedom and education, stating that their marriage was a convenience from the start and they should have separated long ago.
Sahiba wipes away her tears and thanks Angad for speaking his true feelings. She promises to find out who the girl in the video is because she has hurt her the most. Alone in the washroom, Sahiba cries and sees her video in the mirror, which she breaks in frustration.
Angad accuses Sahiba of making noise to get the constables to take him away too. Seerat arrives and angrily questions Sahiba’s actions, apologizing to Angad on Sahiba’s behalf. Angad tells Seerat that she doesn’t need to apologize for Sahiba’s actions.
Later, Sahiba is sitting alone, and Keerat calls her. Sahiba tells Keerat that the video is not true and explains everything to her. Sahiba watches the video again and wonders how she can prove that she is not the girl in it. She notices the ring the girl is wearing and calls Keerat to confirm that she has never owned a similar snake-like ring.
While Sahiba is on the call, she hears a thud from behind and turns around to see who it is.
