To apply for a Family ID / New NPHH (APL) Ration Card, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website of the Seva Sindhu Portal.
  2. On the homepage, locate and click on the “Application for Family ID / New NPHH (APL) Ration Card” option.
  3. A new page will open where you need to provide the following information:
    • Aadhaar Number
    • Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Year of Birth
    • Gender
    • Mobile Number linked to Aadhaar
    • Pin code
    • Business
    • Sub profession
    • Address details, etc.
  4. Upload all the required documents and make sure to tick the declaration checkbox.
