Teri Meri Dooriyan Written Update 1st July 2023
The episode begins with Seerat sitting on the bed, lost in her thoughts and reliving the recent events. Bebe and Jasleen enter the room and Seerat apologizes to them, explaining that she was merely trying to protect the family’s reputation.
Bebe expresses her apologies for what happened and questions Seerat about why she hugged Angad in front of everyone. Seerat remains silent, and Jasleen speaks on her behalf, suggesting that the shocking incident must have overwhelmed Seerat, causing her to hug Angad as a gesture of gratitude.
Seerat agrees with Jasleen’s statement but appears disturbed. Bebe notices Garry and scolds him, expressing that he should have been the one to save Seerat from harm.
Garry looks at Seerat and defends himself, claiming that he is there for his wife. Later, Sahiba stands outside Akaal and Bebe’s room, requesting Bebe to persuade Akaal to talk to her just once.
Bebe informs Sahiba that her actions have created a strain in Akaal and Angad’s relationship. Sahiba questions why the husband should suffer for the wife’s mistake, to which Bebe explains that husband and wife are interconnected and must face the consequences of each other’s actions.
Back in Seerat’s room, Garry tells her to stop her emotional drama since they are alone in the room. He taunts her, asking how much she enjoyed receiving Marc’s attention. Seerat confronts him, stating that he should have defended his wife, and praises Angad for proving himself as the only dependable man in the house.
Garry stands up, getting in Seerat’s face, and declares that he doesn’t care if someone touches her or spends a night with her. Seerat, deep in thought, believes that Angad is the right person for her and decides to apologize to him.
However, as she approaches his room, she witnesses Angad coming out of the bathroom shirtless and requesting his shirt. Unsure of what to do, Seerat retrieves the shirt and Angad extends his hands for her to help him put it on.
Just then, Sahiba arrives at the scene and is shocked by what she sees. She questions Seerat about her presence in Angad’s room, and Seerat quickly distances herself from Angad, explaining that she was only there to apologize and thank him.
Sahiba reproaches Seerat, stating that she should have knocked and reminding her to respect others’ privacy. Manveer also joins them, scolding Seerat along with Sahiba for pretending to care about her son.
Seerat rushes to the hall, sobbing and capturing everyone’s attention. Manveer arrives and informs the family about Seerat’s actions. Seerat opens up about how Manveer scolded her briefly, but it was Sahiba who prolonged the situation and made her feel like she had committed a grave mistake.
The family insists that Sahiba apologize, but she refuses, claiming that she did nothing wrong. Akaal also urges Sahiba to apologize, and she finally offers a half-hearted apology to Seerat for not giving her enough time to recover before discussing the matter. However, Sahiba maintains that what she said was the truth.
Jasleen labels Sahiba as arrogant, while Sahiba defends herself by asserting that she simply spoke the truth.
